- Supply of research materials. Governed by the quotation, the agreed specification and any project order or supply agreement we sign. Nothing on this website forms a contract of sale.

The solution areas shown on this site are descriptions of research supply capability. They are not offers to sell, and no prices are published. Our materials are supplied for research and analytical applications by qualified organizations.
A binding commitment arises only when we issue a quotation referencing an agreed specification and you accept it in writing, or we confirm a project order. Specifications and availability shown on this site are indicative and subject to confirmation.
Quotations, samples and orders

- Order quantity and scope are agreed per project. Delivered quantity may vary within the tolerance stated on the order documentation.
Intellectual property
Yours stays yours. Sequences, specifications, trademarks and materials you send us remain your property. We use them only to perform your project, and we do not supply your confidential specifications to another customer.
Ours stays ours. Our process know-how and any development work we fund ourselves remain our property. If you require ownership of work developed specifically for you, say so before development begins — it is a different commercial arrangement.
The content of this website — text, photographs, layout — is ours, except where marked otherwise.
Compliance and market access
We manufacture to the specification you approve, under defined production procedures. We support your work with batch and specification documentation, defined per project scope. Any certifications we hold are stated only where confirmed.
You are responsible for compliance in your market. Determining how research materials may be used, imported and handled, and whether their intended use complies with applicable law in your market, is your responsibility, not ours. We do not assume a regulatory role on your behalf.
Quality claims
Each batch is traceable to its materials and its production records. Documentation is prepared to the scope agreed for the project.
Notify us of a quality issue within [notice period] of receipt for visible issues, and within the applicable period for latent issues. Provide the batch or lot reference and relevant details.
