Peptides:
Store lyophilized peptides desiccated at −20 °C or below, protected from light and moisture — in this state most are stable for years. Once reconstituted, aliquot and freeze to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
They indicate the amino-acid residue range of the parent protein the peptide corresponds to. For example, (7-26) is the fragment spanning residues 7 through 26.
We routinely synthesize sequences well beyond 50 residues, including difficult peptides with multiple disulfide bridges. Send us your sequence and we will confirm feasibility.
No. Peptides ship as a lyophilized powder in small quantities, so the material may be a thin film or barely visible at the bottom of the vial. Briefly centrifuge the vial before opening, then reconstitute as directed.

Custom synthesis typically starts at a few milligrams, with scale ranging from mg to kg. The minimum depends on sequence length and required purity — contact us for a quote.
Yes. We offer fluorescent, biotin, colorimetric, radioactive, and stable-isotope labeling of both custom and catalog peptides.
Peptide Extraction:
Extraction removes proteins and matrix components that interfere with assays, concentrating the target peptide to improve sensitivity and reproducibility.
Typically an appropriate anticoagulant, a peptidase inhibitor (e.g. aprotinin), and a solid-phase extraction column. Each EIA/RIA kit protocol specifies the recommended extraction materials for that analyte.
Samples:
Collect with the recommended anticoagulant and inhibitors, separate promptly, and store at −20 °C (or −80 °C for long-term). Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
Frozen at −20 °C to −80 °C, most peptide analytes are stable for several months. For best results, assay as soon as practical.
Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA) Kits:
ELISA is a subtype of EIA that uses an enzyme-linked antibody on a solid phase. In practice the terms are often used interchangeably; our EIA kits use enzyme-based colorimetric detection.
Store kits at 2–8 °C and do not freeze. Keep components sealed and use before the expiration date printed on the box.
Sample volume varies by kit, typically 25–100 µL per well. See the specific kit protocol for exact requirements.
Yes, within the plate's well count. Plan standards, controls, and replicates so you don't exceed the available wells.
When you need greater sensitivity or a wider dynamic range than colorimetric detection provides, fluorescent or chemiluminescent formats are recommended.
Depending on the analyte: plasma, serum, urine, cell-culture supernatant, and tissue extracts. Each kit datasheet lists the validated sample types.
A standard 96-well kit measures roughly 40 samples in duplicate after allowing for standards and controls. Larger formats are available.
Kits are guaranteed until the expiration date on the label — typically several months to a year when stored at 2–8 °C.

Antibodies:
Yes. Our polyclonal antibodies are raised and purified in-house.
Our catalog antibodies are polyclonal unless otherwise stated.
Store lyophilized antibodies at −20 °C. After reconstitution, aliquot and freeze; adding a carrier protein/preservative helps for longer-term storage. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
Polyclonal antibodies are produced in rabbits using KLH-conjugated peptide antigens, then purified by Protein A and/or affinity chromatography.
“Antiserum/antibodies” is the crude or partially purified serum fraction; “Purified IgG” has been affinity- or Protein A-purified to isolate the immunoglobulin fraction for higher specificity.
The powder is reconstituted back to its original serum volume, so the amount is expressed as the equivalent liquid antiserum volume (e.g. 100 µL of serum).
Tracers:
I-125 labeled tracers are supplied at a defined activity (µCi) referenced to a calibration date on the vial. See the datasheet for the exact value.
I-125 has a half-life of approximately 59.4 days.
Store at 2–8 °C behind appropriate shielding, following your institution's radiation-safety procedures. Do not freeze unless specified.
Use A = A₀ × (1/2)^(t / 59.4 days), where A₀ is the activity at the calibration date and t is the number of days elapsed.

Catalog peptides typically ship within a few business days; custom synthesis is usually 2–3 weeks depending on the sequence.
Labeled peptides require additional processing — plan on roughly 3–4 weeks for custom labeling.

We sell business-to-business only — distributors and resellers, research laboratories and universities, CROs, biotech R&D groups, and OEM partners. We do not sell to individuals, and nothing we supply is for human or veterinary use.
A company name, a business email address and the country of delivery. For OEM and private-label orders we also confirm the label artwork before filling. All products are supplied for laboratory research use only.
Catalog items are sold by the box of 10 vials, and there is no minimum on a first trial order — most new customers start with one or two boxes to check quality before ordering volume. Private-label runs start at 100 vials per SKU.
Yes. Sample orders are welcome and we will send the batch CoA and HPLC chromatogram with them so you can verify before committing to volume.
DHL, FedEx or EMS from China, typically 5–10 business days door to door depending on destination and customs. Lyophilized peptides are stable in transit at ambient temperature; cold-chain packing is available on request for solutions.
We handle export clearance and provide the commercial invoice, packing list and CoA. Import clearance, duties and any local licensing are the buyer's responsibility — regulations differ by country, so please confirm what your customs authority requires before ordering.
