Overview

Product Status indicates the current availability and lifecycle stage of a catalog item. Status can change as inventory and production schedules update.

Status Types

• Active — in production and available.
• Made to Order — synthesized on demand; longer lead time.
• Backorder — temporarily out of stock; restock in progress.
• Discontinued — no longer offered; a replacement may be available.

Lead Times

In-stock catalog items typically ship within a few business days. Custom synthesis is usually 2–3 weeks depending on sequence length and required purity.
