Antigen Design & Conjugation
A good antibody starts with a good antigen. We analyze your target for hydrophilicity, surface probability, and sequence uniqueness before synthesis.
- Epitope selection — antigenicity and BLAST uniqueness analysis to avoid cross-reactivity.
- Carrier conjugation — KLH, BSA, or OVA coupling via terminal cysteine or standard cross-linkers.
- Modification-specific — phospho-, methyl-, and acetyl-specific antibodies against defined post-translational modifications.
Production & Purification
Standard protocols run 8–16 weeks depending on host species and the number of boosts. We offer flexible bleed schedules and can scale to production bleeds.

- Purification — Protein A/G capture and peptide-affinity purification for maximum specificity.
- Bleed schedule — pre-immune, test and production bleeds, with titer checked at each step.
Validation & Deliverables

- Titer — ELISA against the immunizing antigen at defined dilutions.
- Specificity — Western blot and/or dot blot validation on request.

No. As a peptide manufacturer we design and synthesize the immunizing peptide for you, including epitope selection and carrier conjugation.
Do you make monoclonal antibodies?
We raise polyclonal antisera — faster, cost-effective, and suitable for detection, IP and most assay work. If your programme needs a renewable single-epitope monoclonal, tell us and we will say honestly whether we can help.
Can you make phospho-specific antibodies?
Yes. We routinely raise antibodies specific to phosphorylated, methylated, or acetylated residues using modified peptide antigens and differential purification.
